A culture where food is lovingly prepared, to be shared, using fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits, along with beans, grains, olive oil, fish, eggs, cheese and yogurt.

I was once called an honorary Greek, because you will often find a variety of Greek dishes appearing on our table!  So, many of the recipes we will make are really tried and true!  The tzatziki, I know, it has appeared in other sessions, but it absolutely must be included in this menu, and it is so good!  Oh, and the cake, this one took a little time to adapt to gluten free, but was a cake that was made during my catering days, and always a hit.

Working together with others who attend on the day, you will make prepare a vibrant, delicious feast to share as we sit, relax, eat and chat to finish the session.

When putting together a cheese board, or grazing board, most of us tend to write a shopping list of dips, pates, pickled and marinated veg, crackers etc.   In this session, discover how easy it is to make most of the elements for a grazing board in your own kitchen – homemade, fresh and super tasty!

Loaded with some of our family favourites, you will take home a box of treats including crackers, dips, pickles, terrine and more!

Working together with others who attend on the day, you will make terrines, a mushroom pâté, homemade crackers, a delicious dip or two, a quick pickled veg and/or marinated veg, a tasty savoury nut mix… A portion of each item will be packaged ready for you to take home and lay out on your grazing board, all you need to do is to head out and purchase a favourite cheese or two to finish it off ready to share with family or friends. Before you leave, we will sit, relax and chat as we share a grazing board showcasing what you have made on the day.
