This flour blend is not only used in my sourdough baking, but is now also used in other baked goodies, including gingerbread biscuits and banana bread too.

Ingredients
  • 500 g sorghum flour
  • 500 g buckwheat flour
  • 250 g tapioca starch
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
