Ingredients
- 60 g almond meal
- 10 g fresh basil you will need 5g fresh basil leaves
- 1½ tbsp nutritional yeast (6 tsp)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp sea salt flakes
Instructions

Place all ingredients into the bowl of a high speed food processor and blitz 5 second at high speed.

Scrape the bottom and sides of bowl with a spatula, replace lid and cap, and blitz for a few more seconds at high speed.
Notes
You can replace the almond meal with whole blanched almonds if you choose. You would need to process the mixture in bursts to get the correct consistency.
You can omit the basil if you choose.
