Irish Mist Cream

The perfect accompaniment for your Christmas Pud!


  • 300 ml thickened cream
  • 2 tbs icing sugar
  • 200 g creme fraiche
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) Irish Mist liqueur


  1. Beat cream and sugar in small bowl until peaks form.
  2. Stir in creme fraiche and liqueur.
  3. Beat for two minutes.
  4. Pour into serving bowl and place in fridge until ready to serve.
