I find the cuisine of the Southern European region of the Mediterranean to be fresh, vibrant and just full of flavour, and I love how they use dips, pastes, sauces and marinades to make simple ingredients the star of the show.
Join me as I guide you through the four recipes that I have selected for this session. The recipes have been chosen to give you you a little taste of Southern France, Greece, Italy and Spain.
